One time fixture for Multi-Face Processing: It can complete multi-face processing in a single setup, ensuring high precision and efficient, accurate positioning.
Automatic tool change spindle with tool magazine: automatic replacement of 8 different tools, quick replacement of tools and improved production efficiency. It also can be equiped with RTCP function for complex products processing.
High-Quality Transmission Components: It uses high-quality Taiwan HIWIN roller type linear guides and TBI precision screw rod for the X/Y/Z axes, which have a large load-bearing capacity and high precision. The C/B axis adopts the Japanese Sumitomo high-torque zero-backlash hollow reducer. Servo motor use China top brand Innovance or Japan Yaskawa .
