Carbon Fiber Padel Racket CNC Drilling Machine

Machine applicable to: beach tennis / padel racket drilling

1. This equipment adopts computer control system, which can directly import the racket hole size. 

Uses Taiwan Syntec system for CNC control instead of the cheap and unstable Mach 3 or PLC.

2. Each racket can establish a processing documents. If need to change the processing products, no need to change any mold, just adapt the racket processing with replacement processing document.

3.Simple fixing operation, good location. Only need 1-2 seconds to put the racket into the tooling to complete the fixed action of the racket.

4. One machine can process 5 beach racket at the same time, one worker can operate 3-4 machines, which can save a lot of labor.

Technical Parameters

5 Station with Double side spindle: 10 spindle= 5 each front and back

 A. Double -side spindle can drill the racket by half penetration (front spindle 2/3 penetration + back spindle 1/3 penetration).  It can significantly avoid the crack issue and appearance defective caused by full penetration processing. 

B. Less harm and wear to the drilling tools and users don't have to replace the drilling tools frequently. 

C. Working time: for a 54 holes pattern racket, about 10 min to process 5 rackets in one cycle .

A. Uses Taiwan Syntec system for CNC control instead of the cheap and unstable Mach 3 or PLC. 

B. Software: no software needed. Only need to input the data per the product drawing into the CNC operation interface. The  processing document can be copied and directly imported to the other machine for usage. Easy Operation. 

C.Language: It is in English. If other language is needed, we should ask Syntec to customize the language.
