Machine function 

1. The automatic polishing machine mainly adopts the six-axis linkage of the FANUC M-20ID/25 robot. The clamps installed on the six axes of the robot are used to clamp the workpiece on the loading table, and the polishing work is realized through four abrasive belts, instead of manual polishing. The labor intensity is reduced and the polishing quality is stably achieved. After completion, the workpiece is put back to the original position. After completing the small batch work, the loading table can be pushed out to replace the next batch of workpieces for processing.

2. Main application industry: bath faucet, hardware, casting pieces, auto parts, door handle.

3. Main processing materials: brass, copper alloy, stainless steel, zinc alloy, etc
